  5. Allow your home to be shown to prospective buyers by Blair and by other qualified real estate representatives.
  6. Consider all offers on your home and work with Blair in the negotiation of a sales agreement effecting the best possible price, possesion date and other important terms.
  7. Make arrangements for all necessary inspections.
  8. Wait for satisfactory appraisal of your home for mortgage purposes.
  9. Confirm all appropriate documentation is forwarded to your lawyer's office in a timely manner.
